Duties

This position is responsible for the overall management of the TDS Group. Management responsibilities include directing overall business development in support of product marketing, proposal delivery and contract negotiations, as well as overall administration of TDS including personnel development, budget development, forecasts, and spending approvals. Ability to manage managers and manage through managers is essential. The most significant challenge of this position is to ensure that TDS is defining, designing, and implementing the engineering and quality efforts necessary to sustain TDS’s product offerings at the highest possible level. Balancing customer demands against resource constraints, positioning TDS to offer best in class products at competitive prices, and maintaining a forward out look to match market direction also provide significant challenges. Managing our intellectual property (patents, trademarks, etc.) and staying abreast of competitor’s positions provides an ongoing challenge. With the development of high technology products such as LEADER and Simulators developing/breaking into a new market are an important part of the job. Identifying and managing risk in all development/project efforts to minimize company exposure is critical to success. Coordination with other Knorr businesses to cross-leverage technologies and products is required. Seeking strategic opportunities to advance the company’s product portfolio through development or acquisition is also integral to the position.

Duties

The person in this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the TDS organization in Fort Worth, Texas, including: • Managing incoming telephone calls and visitors • Coordinating and tracking employee time and producing bi-weekly attendance report • Filing of correspondence • Maintaining organization of TDS files, • Coordinating with the corporate Human Resource department regarding TDS needs • High level office management • Administrative role with SAP implementation especially regarding data entry and tracking.

Job Title

In-Supply Analyst

Duties

This position will report to the In-Supply Manager within the Supply Chain Management organization at NYAB. Responsibilities will include fully understanding current NYAB / Knorr SCE In-Supply best practice principles. Assist all NYAB locations in development of consistent procurement practices using discrete PO’s, Scheduling Agreement (Firm, Trade off, Forecast) Contract, and Planning Calendar. Fully understand and maintain all critical SAP master date that affects procurement practices. Work directly with buyers and material coordinators to ensure all suppliers clearly understand information being communicated to them from SAP. Ensure root cause and effects in regards to supplier delivery reliability and direct material cost optimization are found and corrected to achieve Supply Chain Excellence.

Duties

The Product Line Manger (PLM) holds overall responsibility for the success of a product or products. External to the business, the PLM is the primary interface to the market calling on customers and developing an overall marketing plan for the product(s) in conjunction with the sales and marketing executives. Internal to the company the PLM develops requirements and product definitions to drive design and manufacturing, maintains connections with customer service and quality to ensure the product performance after the sale, builds and maintains marketing plans, contributes to sales forecasts and budgeting efforts, and manages project submissions to customers. • Develop annual business forecasts, plans and budgets. • Lead marketing and sales efforts for assigned products • Manage product requirements and drive high level product needs from the market to internal resources • Develop proposals based on customer RFQ’s organizing internal resource contributions for product solution, cost, and price. • Evaluate product quality and success in applications ensuring issues are well identified and managed to resolution. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
