M-601 End-of-Car Hose

Premtec hoses, available in 22" and 33" lengths with HI-FLO^® standard or locking couplings, are tough, remain flexible at low temperatures, and are designed to meet or exceed all AAR specifications. These M-601 hose assemblies offer 55% higher pull-apart resistance, 32% improved air flow with reduced air restriction, improved gasket alignment, and rust protection inside and out. An extension coupling adapter is also available, as are special assemblies upon request.

M-618 Specialty Hose

NYAB M-618 hose assemblies use a wire-braided design intended for applications where stiffer hoses are needed. These assemblies are available in the AAR standard inside diameters of ½”, 5/8”, 7/8”, 1-1/8” and 1-3/8”.

Compatible with all AAR approved gladhands, with no additional effort required to couple or uncouple, LOCTAB^® II anti-disconnect nearly eliminates undesired hose separations, features 900+ lbs. of rotational resistance, and the environmentally-friendly E-coat finish offers 5 times more protection.

Cold Loc™ Wide Lip Gaskets

Low-cost Cold Loc wide-lip coupling gaskets offer 123% increased gasket surface area, improved alignment and cold weather sealing, ozone inhibitors to extend life and twice the pull-apart resistance of standard gaskets. NYAB’s low-cost Wide-Lip Gasket reduces undesired trainline separations with more than 40% increase in required separation force, resisting 600-900 lbs.
